On-line Tracking
Every account opened with Royale also has an on line tracking account. Customers can track all their shipments both individually or for a particular period of time. Individual shipments can also be tracked by entering the 12 digit airway bill number on the tracking home page.
Email Tracking
Simply send an email to our relevant local automated server with the 12 digit air waybill number in the subject line. Once we receive your email, you will automatically receive a reply regarding the status of your shipment.
SMS POD (Proof of Delivery) Tracking
Simply send us your 12 digit airway bill number via SMS and you will receive a reply with the status of the POD regarding your enquiry.
